PREAMBLE :

The present conditions are concluded exclusively between :

  • The company Concept Verre, Simplified joint stock company with a capital of 60 300 euros, Intracommunity VAT number: FR644921171, registered at the RCS of Nice under the number 414921171, whose head office is located at 211 Avenue de la Californie, 06200 Nice FRANCE.
  • And any person visiting or making a purchase via the site conceptverre.com, hereinafter referred to as the user or "the parties".


The user declares to be 18 years and the legal capacity to comply with these terms and conditions, or be the holder of a parental permission to make an order on the site conceptverre.com

The parties agree that their relations are governed exclusively by these general conditions of sale which are available on the site conceptverre.com
These conditions may be subject to change. Therefore it is understood that the applicable conditions are those in force on the site at the time of contracting.
The date of posting of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is the effective date.

Article 1 - Prices & characteristics

The prices of the products Concept Verre are indicated in euros including all taxes except participation in the expenses of port.
The offers and the prices are likely to vary during the year, being well understood that the ordered products are invoiced at the prices in force (i.e. posted on the site) at the time of the placing of the order by the customer.
Concept glass is unitarily mouth-blown, it is possible, due to the way it is manufactured, to see air bubbles appear in the material; it is also likely to vary in finish, intensity or color; these characteristics do not represent defects but particularities specific to the glass making it unique.
The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the prices.
Promotional offers are valid as long as they are displayed on the Site.

Article 2 - Order and payment

The realization of an order is done in several steps: the user must first, if not already done, create a customer account in the section my account to place an order on the site conceptverre.com
The user fills his basket of products, chooses his mode of delivery, chooses his method of payment and makes his payment request
The Internet user receives then from Concept Verre an e-mail of recording of its order, followed by an e-mail of validation and forwarding of its order.
The order validation email signifies acceptance of the order by Concept Verre and constitutes the contract of sale between the parties.
Throughout the stages of the order, and until the confirmation of this one, the Net surfer has the possibility of returning on the whole of the information informed in order to correct them if need be, either while returning to the preceding stage, or directly on the page of confirmation of the order.



The Site allows the Internet user to place and validate his order online by paying by credit card, transfer or PayPal; the payment is made directly online by a secure transaction, directly with the partner Concept Verre.
Payments are secured via the online payment solution STRIPE.
Stripe implements the international security standards (PCI-DSS certification, PaymentCardindustry - Data Security Standard) issued by Visa, MasterCard and TDC of American Express. In particular, it uses SSL 3.0 encryption to ensure the confidentiality of customer data, and benefits from permanent scalability.
When the Internet user pays by credit card, the credit card is debited on the same day the products ordered are shipped.

Article 3 - Confirmation of the order and availability of products

Once your order is registered, you will receive an email confirming your order and indicating the expected date of delivery and the manufacturing time for the products you ordered
In the case where Concept Verre would not be able to respect the delivery deadlines indicated in the email of confirmation, It informs you and reserves the right to cancel partially the order.

Article 4 - Delivery of the products

Concept Verre is committed to making the deliveries of the articles ordered on the Site as soon as possible via postal sending Colissimo or by conveyor according to the weight and the encumbrance.

The preparation time of the order is 1 to 2 weeks and applies from the reception by the Internet user of the order confirmation e-mail sent within 24 hours following the order registration e-mail.
The means of delivery used are determined according to the order to be shipped (weight and/or volume):
– DPD for small and medium-sized packages
– Transport Kuehne + Nagel or FATTON for heavier or imposing packages
The delivery time of the order is about 4 working days from the notification of shipment sent to the Internet user.
The packages are delivered to the address indicated as the delivery address by the user. The Internet user therefore undertakes to provide a reliable and complete delivery address.
In the event of order of several products, if the provisioning on one of the products delays the forwarding in the times announced in the email of confirmation, Concept Verre reserves the right either to send the order in several parts, or to cancel partially the order.

If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, he/she has a period of 10 working days to contact customer service and schedule a 2nd delivery. After 10 days, the package will be returned to Concept Verre.
Concept Verre will then make a first reminder to the customer, in the absence of answer of the customer under 7 days Concept Verre will consider that the Internet user made his right of retractation.
For delivery by appointment by carrier (heavy and bulky products), the customer must notify the carrier in case of absence from the agreed time. Additional presentations will be charged by the carrier.
IN ALL CASES, check your products upon receipt!
Packages are prepared and packed with the utmost care due to their fragility; they are packaged on a small pallet to protect them from any possible shock.
Concept Verre strongly recommends that you unpack the pallet in front of the driver to make sure that no glass has been broken. In case of anomaly (damaged packaging, missing, damaged or broken products) the customer must
- refuse the package upon delivery
- describe precisely on the delivery note the state of the package justifying his refusal
- have the carrier co-sign his reservations
He will have a period of 3 calendar days to report it to Concept Verre by any means.
We recommend that you contact our customer service to obtain a quick and appropriate solution.
ATTENTION: the mention "subject to unpacking" has no value and cannot be considered as a recourse to the carrier

Article 5 - Fixed price contribution

For each order, a fixed contribution is requested which includes the port, the packing and the treatment of the order.
Your basket indicates by default the fixed contribution to the processing costs for Metropolitan France when choosing the delivery method. If you select another delivery zone, your basket is automatically updated with the amount of the fixed contribution to the processing fees corresponding to the destination you have chosen.
The shipping costs are those indicated at the time of order.
The property of the ordered products will be transferred to the Customer only with the total payment of the invoiced price, and it included the fixed contribution above.

Article 6 - Withdrawal, exchange and return

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code 631-3, you have a period of 14 working days from receipt of your order to withdraw or request an exchange following receipt of a defective product or non-compliant with your order.
In all cases:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form (attached) but it is not mandatory.

6-1 Effects of withdrawal

In the event of your withdrawal from this Agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional charges arising from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, this refund will not incur any costs for you.
1/ It is also imperative that you contact customer service to REGISTER YOUR RETURN REQUEST before sending back your goods. This allows us to manage your request in the best conditions to receive your return.
2/ You must print the registration email of your order, and send it to us with the return package. This e-mail contains all the information necessary to identify you and process your request quickly.

6-2 Conditions of the right of withdrawal

The Internet user has a period of 14 working days to exercise his right of withdrawal. The postal expenses of return are chargeable to the Internet user.
In case of partial withdrawal within 14 working days following the date of receipt of it, the shipping costs will be reimbursed in proportion to the price of the returned items. Refunds will be made within 14 days following the date of receipt of the products by our return center.

6-3 Conditions of exchange

The Internet user has a period of 14 working days to exchange a product that does not suit him. The postal charges of return are at the charge of the Internet user.
The articles must be returned complete and in perfect condition, in their original packaging; refunds are made upon receipt of the package in our warehouses and after noting the good condition.
Defective product or not corresponding to your order
If the customer receives a defective or non-conforming item, Concept Verre will exchange or refund the item upon receipt of the item at our return center, depending on the customer's choice. Concept Verre will send to the customer a prepaid label to take care of the return.

Article 7 - Information available on the site

The products offered by Concept Verre are described and presented as accurately as possible.
The photos are presented as commercial information and are not contractual.
Concept Verre's glasses are unitarily mouth-blown, it is possible, because of their mode of manufacture, to see appearing air bubbles in the material; they are also likely to vary in finish, intensity or color; these characteristics do not represent defects but particularities specific to the glass making its uniqueness.

Article 8 - Protection of personal data

All personal information collected from the customer is necessary for the processing of the order, its delivery and the establishment of the invoice.
This information can be diffused by Concept Verre with its contractual partners within the framework of the realization of the order, in particular to ensure the transport of the ordered products. Failure to provide this information will make it impossible for Concept Verre to process the order.
Concept Verre is committed to protecting your personal data, in accordance with the legislation in force on "automated processing of personal information", as well as Article 8 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (Law n° 1.304 of November 3, 2005).
In accordance with these provisions, the Internet user has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him/her. In this case, the user can change his personal information directly in the "My Account" on the site Conceptverre.com or by contacting our Customer Service by mail or email.

Article 9 - Responsibility

Concept Verre could not be held for person in charge for the possible disadvantages occurred following a use not in conformity with the councils carried on the product and its packing.
The products marketed on the Site are in conformity with the European regulation. For the orders out of the European Economic Community, it thus belongs to the Customer to inform himself near the local authority of his country of the possible limitations of importation and use of the ordered products.
Concept Verre could not be held for person in charge of the purchase of a product considered as nonconforming in a given country apart from the European Economic Community, whereas this product is in conformity with the European regulation.
In accordance with the article L221-15 of the Code of the consumption
Concept Verre is responsible of right with respect to the consumer of the good execution of the obligations resulting from the contract concluded at a distance, that these obligations are carried out by the professional who concluded this contract or by other service providers, without damage of its right of recourse against those.
On the other hand, Concept Verre could not be held for person in charge of the bad execution of the contract if this last is ascribable, either with the consumer, or with the fact, unforeseeable and insurmountable, of a third with the contract, or with a case of absolute necessity.

Article 11 - Legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects

In accordance with the article L217-4 of the Code of consumption Concept Verre is held to deliver a good in conformity with the contract and to answer for the defects of conformity existing during the delivery of the good. This guarantee of conformity is free.

11-1 Conditions

The guarantee is applicable in one or the other of the following cases:
If the product does not correspond to the seller's description or does not have the qualities agreed upon with the seller.
If the product is unfit for the use usually expected for this type of goods.

11-2 Duration

The duration of the legal guarantee of conformity is 2 years. This period starts from the date of taking possession of the goods.
In case of lack of conformity,
You can request the repair of the product, or its replacement.
In accordance with the law of consumption Concept Verre reserves the right to impose the least expensive solution when the repair of the product represents for him a much lower cost than its replacement or vice versa.
If you do not obtain either repair or replacement within one month of your request, you may obtain either:

  • a full refund: in this case, you must return the product
  • a reduction of the selling price: in this case, you will keep the product with its defect.

11-3 Warranty of hidden defects

In accordance with Article 1641 of the Civil Code, the seller is bound by the warranty for hidden defects in the item sold which render it unfit for the purpose for which it was intended, or which so diminish this purpose that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lower price for it, if he had known about them.

11-4 Conditions

In order to benefit from the guarantee of hidden defects, the defects must meet the following conditions:

  • they must not appear at the time of purchase
  • They must be prior to the purchase (and therefore not the result of normal wear and tear of the product for example)
  • they must be sufficiently serious: the defect must either render the product unfit for the purpose for which it was intended, or diminish that purpose to such an extent that the buyer would not have purchased the product (or would not have purchased it at such a price) if he had known about the defect. Minor defects are therefore not concerned.

11-5 Time limit

The consumer has a period of two years to act, the starting point for legal action is set at the day of discovery of the defect and not the day of purchase.
If the conditions are met, the consumer can either

  • Ask for a refund of the price paid and return the goods
  • Ask for a partial refund if he wishes to keep the product.

Article 12 - Signature - Proof

The validation of the order and the online provision of the credit card number constitute an electronic signature having between the parties the value of proof of the completeness of the said order in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000 and will be worth exigibility of the sums engaged by the seizure of the articles appearing on the purchase order.
The computerized registers, preserved in the data-processing systems of Concept Verre under reasonable conditions of safety, will be regarded as evidence of the communications, the orders and the payments occurred between the parts. The archiving of orders and invoices is made on a reliable and irreversible support so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy.

Article 13 - Intellectual Property

All texts, comments, logos, trademarks, names, illustrations and images reproduced on the Site are reserved under copyright and intellectual property. As such, only the use for private use is authorized. Any other use is constitutive of counterfeit and sanctioned under the Intellectual Property except preliminary and written authorization of Concept Verre. Any total or partial reproduction of the Site without prior written authorization of Concept Verre is strictly prohibited.
